Build with JDT
JDT develops Woodline Addition and builds on it. You can choose a homesite and a home from the same firm, on one timeline, with one point of contact.
Every home is built to suit. There is no fixed set of plans to pick from, and if you would rather bring your own builder, every homesite can be matched to the builder of your choice.
Inside the addition
Weston Rd and the Southern Dr loop are laid out as courts rather than through streets, which keeps traffic out and yard space in. A surveyed retention pond sits at the heart of the addition, within walking distance of nearly every homesite.
Weston Rd, Jaxon Ct, and the Southern Dr loop end in courts. Homesites on a court get wider frontage and almost no passing traffic.
The pond is surveyed as a water feature and doubles as the addition's open space, with a walking route around it rather than a fenced basin.
